My focus is green luxury, energy-efficient, smart, beautifully designed homes that don't ask you to choose between gorgeous and good for the planet. I'm NAR GREEN certified, fluent in English and Khmer, and I bring AI-powered tools into every search so you get sharper answers, faster.
